Special Requirements
This theme requires the latest beta of WeatherPanel, and you need at least two sizes of icons for proper display. You need regular and large icons and mini-moon icons.
General description:
This theme should work with most today screens since it is transparent, but it will probably not work well on very dark or black today screens. It is possible that the color could turn muddy on some red today screens, all I can say is try it for yourself.
This theme was done modifying KEN WBOX theme. All function of the original theme was maintained, and the thwme was modified for landscape use. This theme have very clean look so much of the functionallity is hidden. The Refresh icon is barely visible in the upper right hand corner but is bright red (the default refresh icon) when updating. To navigate through the child windows available FIRST remember that to return to the default display with the forecast you tap the center of the large tempurature at the top of the display. The settings button is hidden between the city navigation buttons directly under the city name. Now for the child windows available:
Radar = tap the large (or Huge) icon in the upper left corner. As always with this WPL tap the tempurature at the top to return to the main screen.
Forecasts = tap the day titles to open the detail forecast screen for the day selected (this includes the today title).
Daily Graphs = tap the moon title to open a window with three daily graphs and detailed moon information.
Hourly Graphs = tap the moon icon to open a window with four hourly 24 hr graphs.
Installation:
NOTE that this theme requires the latest beta of WeatherPanel to function fully. Unzip and place the WeatherBox folder in your weatherpanel themes folder, this folders path is generally located in /Program Files/Marsware/WeatherPanel/Themes, but could be different depending on whether you have WeatherPanel installed on a CF or SD card, or in built in storage, in wp settings select WeatherBox for your theme then select one of the four WPL files named WBOX*.wpl. Note that you need oversized Icons in your Icon folder that you select in a folder called "HUGE" to use either of the themes with HUGE at the end of the name. No weather icons are provided with this theme, Sully is trying to get permission to post these, but does not have it yet. I have not made any special buttons for the radars, so the default will be used unless you provide your own.
Height on the today screen:
WPL file included is 206 pixels high (412 for VGA devices) This file is meant to be used where either WeatherPanel and one small Today Plugin are on the today screen, or within either Wisbar Advance Desktop or as a custom tab within PocketBreeze.
NOTES:
No QVGA version available
Correct the problem with the moon phase on the main screen.
Thank You to KEN for the work done for the release of the original theme.
