Added perciptation percentage and changed colors to better suit light colored backgrounds.
This is a modified StardockDual to fill the screen of QVGA pocket pc. I'm using it on a Virtual page of WisbarAdvanced Desktop. But you can use it however you like.
Features:
- Full Screen Viewing
- Moon Phase
- Tap Sun or Forecast Text to get a Detailed Forecast
- Tap Moon to open the Weatherpanel pages.
- Tap Moon Icon on Icon Bar to view the Current Moonphase
- Tap Radar Icon on Icon Bar to view Radar images.
- Tap and hold on Radar image to change size or image

Unzip and copy folder to your Themes folder.
You can use this theme alone or you can over-write the contents of your Current Stardock Folder with this one to add the new features.
For the moon image to work you must have the moon image in this Link radar as your Fourth radar image for each city.
