User's Guide


WeatherPanel can download weather images from the internet durning updates. There is a list of predefined weather URLs that is contained in radars.txt, but WeatherPanel will also accept user defined URLs. The URL has to point to a image file. Supported file formats include: JPEG, PNG, GIF, Animated GIF, and BMP. The following is a list of radar URLs that other users have found useful. To use, click the link to open the image in your browser, then copy the link to your pda.

Often the best weather images are provided by the website of your local tv stations, but the following websites provide more general weather images.

Please add your radar url's to the following list with the following layout (try to keep the country list in an alphabetical list):
