Happy New Year to all!

Looks like there are some issues with WP update .
It started today....
I use PhatFinger layout as I love the statistics screen.
Unfo starting this morning the hourly statistics do not apear anymore.
The daily/weekly statistics work just fine but not hourly.
I applied the latest patch for Moon update 2008, but still no luck with statistics.
The Diagnostics screen shows
Cache Connection: False
Auth: UBETCHA

Can you please help?

Thank you!

Yes - I'm seeing the same thing this morning - no hourly data. At this point I'm guessing there's a problem with weather.com's web service that WP uses to get it's data.

If it doesn't clear up soon, I'll dig into it deeper.

BTW - I'm glad you like the stats screens - I spent a lot of time on those ;-)

Hello,
Thank you Storyr and all others for your replies.
Sorry to advise the hourly info still missing.
I checked Weather.com and the information is available.
Do you think they have changed the format so WP cannot retrive it any more?
Just a thought....

Anyway, thank you for your support .

Happy New Year to all.

It´s probably a temporary prob imo. PW is also retrieving data from weather.com. It should have the same issues without an update.

I checked the data folder on my device and all of the hourly data seems to be there.

So - the conclusion I've come to is this may be related to the recent update I made for the moon schedule

I'll look into it further and post an update if I find the cause...

Well - that doesn't seem to be the problem. I'll keep poking around...

1)I don't think your update was the problem.
My device lost hourly reports before I applied your update, but after New Year.
2)On the other side I have checked data on my device and while the other info is updated in batches of 25 k, the hourly one is only 1k
3)I noticed the temperature changes by hour, so maybe there is something wrong only with stats lay out....

Note: The hourly forecast files are normally 1K in size.

Not good news:

1. If you pop open one of the hourly forecast data files, you'll notice a decimal number on the first line, such as: 36526.833333. This is actually a date/time, where the first part is the number of days since 1/1/1900 (minus 1). Today's date should read 39448, but instead it's 36526, which is 1/1/2000!

2. Weather.com is returning the correct date in it's response. This is the request sent by WP for my city: http://xoap.weather.com/weather/local/U ... =24&unit=c

The date being returned certainly looks correct to me, which indicates an internal problem with WeatherPanel...
